What’s a sure-fire way to get your day off to a good start?
I give myself six minutes to enjoy a brewed coffee before I work out and head to the office at 8am. Other than that, seeing my kids happy and selecting the right outfit.
How do you get ready in five minutes flat?
I can’t do five, but I regularly do it within 15 minutes thanks to the Victoria Beckham Beauty Priming Moisturizer, a Westman Atelier highlighter, which I have in the shade Nectar, and my Dior Diorshow Brow Styler.

“Something is better than nothing.” It’s easy to feel paralysed in the face of social injustice, but making a difference to just one person’s life is a meaningful start.

Check in at the Ett Hem hotel, have a traditional lunch at Prinsen, visit the National Museum and then spend at least 30 minutes at the Svenskt Tenn interiors store, followed by a leisurely stroll around the Royal Djurgården park. End with dinner at Brutalisten.

I grew up on a farm and can hypnotise chickens.
What’s your holy grail beauty find?
La Mer The Lip Balm. I’ve stayed true to that one for 10 years.

Carnal Flower from Frederic Malle, but if I’m on holiday I’ll just use Costa Brazil Kaya Jungle Firming Body Oil [from £43].
Pick the proudest moments of your career so far.
Opening Toteme’s flagship store in Stockholm and staging our first catwalk show at New York Fashion Week. I cried both times.
What’s on your nightstand?
A Crudwell silk sleep mask from The Beauty Sleeper and a Nourishing Nail Oil from Hermès – I use it morning and night.
Where’s the best view in the world?
The farthest reach of the Swedish archipelagos on a summer evening.
