If we saw low-key looks at the couture shows last time around, this season proved the opposite. A recession may be threatening but couture is back, baby. Not only did the top shows attract a new crowd of high-profile guests (hello, Timothée Chalamet!), but the regulars brought their fashion A-game to the streets. Catsuits were blinged out from head-to-toe (sort of like Doja Cat at Schiaparelli), and there was no shortage of gold, be that in the form of painted faces or an AmEx Gold Card bag.
